This case review discusses a 51-year-old Caucasian male with a 17 x 16 x 12 cm kidney tumor, primarily necrotic with hemorrhagic areas. Immunohistochemical analysis shows positive reactions for AE1-AE3, EMA, and Vimentin, and negative for HMB45, S-100, CAM 5.2, and Actin S. Mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma is highlighted, identified through ultrasonography. Characterized as low-grade, it has a favorable prognosis with rare metastasis. Differential diagnoses include papillary RCC, sarcomatoid RCC, and angiomyolipoma.
