The Facilities and Assets Management System (FAMS) is designed to effectively manage university resources through an integrated, interdepartmental, and modular approach. This system covers various vital processes, including property management, utilities, maintenance, and customer interfaces. With dedicated Process Improvement Teams (PITs) and a Project Management Team, FAMS ensures that all stakeholders are involved in process ownership from inception to maintenance. The system aims to enhance efficiency, promote collaboration, and ensure adherence to university governance standards.
