  4. EQUIPMENT • Mobile Office • Laptops (1 for each assessor) • PDA (for data entry) • Checklist / Templates • Digital Cameras (1 for each assessor) • Router / Data Hub • Composition Guidelines • Measuring wheel or electronic measuring device PROCESS

ASSESSMENT PREPARATION • Contact District – Provide Information Request Form • Outlines Information and Drawings Required • Have always received drawings from District • Building and Grade Configuration • Enrollment Requests • Career Tech Program • Initial Floor Plan Delineation (Digitization) • Web-Tool Set Up • Outline of Assessment Schedule PROCESS

  6. ON-SITE ASSESSMENT • Meet with Superintendent / Building-Grounds Supervisor • Ask questions about information provided • Outline Assessment Process • Set up Assessment work station at each building. • Internet Connection via School District • Physical Assessment throughout Facility • Input all data on to OSFC web-site while at each building • Team Coordination & Review • Submit for Internal Review • 99% of Building Model is complete • Utilize customized forms & templates per Item / Sections • Utilize PDA for Data entry & recording • Field measure perimeter of building & spaces • Compete CAD model of building while on site • Perimeter Finalized • All Building spaces identified PROCESS

  7. POST ASSESSMENT • Initial Review Comments back from RPC • All Review comments & responses are recorded on Excel document for each building • Reduces errors & provides an understanding of specific issues • Second Review Comments back from RPC • Final Facility plans completed • Thorough review and adjustment to reports • Final Floor Plans • Site plans w/ Aerial photos PROCESS
