  8. They are multicellular ,aquatic organism. Presence of canal system. ostia – spongocoel – osculam. The body wall contain spicules. Reproduction – Both asexual and sexual method. Example : sponges. PORIFERA

  11. COELENTERATA All animals are marine except Hydra. The body is radially symmetrical. The body wall contain two layers – Ectoderm and Endoderm. Inbetween ectoderm and endoderm , there is a mesoglea. Diploblastic animals . .Many coelenterate exhibit polymorphism. Example : obelia colony Presence of Nematocyst – Cells of defence – tentacle – When triggered ,poison is penetrated in to the prey. Reproduce both asexually and sexually method..
