  2. The main types of food of principal minorities from Romania are: Officially, 10.5% of Romania's population is represented by minorities. The principal minorities in Romania are Hungarians, Rromapeople, with a declining numbers of people are Germans Bulgarians and Jews people.

  3. Hungarian Gastronomy The most important dish brought by the Hungarian people in Romania is ,as we call it, the “gulas”. This dish is famous for its spiciness. Another dish which is sweet, this time, is kurtos.

  4. Gypsy Gastronomy Rromapeople or gypsy eats a lot of meat The well known gypsies food is called “mancaretiganeasca de iepure” translated as “gypsy rabbit food”

  5. German Gastronomy Germany is known for its broad variety and long tradition of preparing sausages. German sausages(or Würste):

  6. Bulgarian Gastronomy Bulgarian people have a good influence on Romania gastronomy because they eat a lot of vegetables. One of the most famous dish is the “Bulgarian salad”.

  7. Jews Gastronomy The most important dish brought by the Jews people in Romania is “Fish in Mustard Sauce” (MaacherJhal ) And a very good desert made by Jews people is Spiced Pear Flan:
