Vision 2020 Educate TSD Purpose: understanding, comprehension, and support—create a dynamic living plan • Internal communication medium: • “Important News”; e-news; website homepage • Leadership education and training: • TLT – dept. annual plans, school effectiveness plans, • Work site staff meetings: • introduce plan to all employee groups Timeframe: January 2011 – April 2011
