Grade your youth ministry in the following areas. • Youth-led/Empowerment of Youth • Service and Missions Oriented • Worship Focused • Relationally driven youth ministryand Love for one another • Reaching Unchurched Youth in the Community- Campus presence • Discipling and Helping Youth Grow Spiritually • Working through a Team of Adult Volunteers and StudentLeaders • Youth are Relationally Connected to and Integrated into the Life of the Church From the list above, select 2-3 of these areas and form a game plan for strengthening these in 2014.
