The Middle Sierra's statewide pilot proposal outlines a strategic plan to support ex-offenders through a comprehensive P2E (Preparation to Employment) continuum of services. The initiative focuses on systematic partnership building, intra-region coordination, and innovative training programs aimed at facilitating effective pre- and post-release transitions. Efforts will include vocational training in key industries and thorough job placement assistance, leveraging support from local agencies and employers. Our approach aims to ease reintegration challenges and ensure sustainable employment for reentering citizens.
