NBC INDUSTRY GROUP • NBC Industry Group is a non-profit, non lobbying association of over 125 companies supporting NBC defense • Membership ranges from small businesses to major defense corporations • Many companies tend to have single line of business • Companies have specialized expertise, expensive laboratory equipment, special security and containment facilities and elaborate and complicated testing protocols

MISSION • To provide information on NBC civil and military matters to U.S. Armed forces, agencies of the U.S. and the general public • To improve understanding of the importance of NBC defense • To advance NBC defense information, technology and materiel www.nbcindustrygroup.com • To work hand in hand with DOD to “reset the forces”

EXAMPLES OF OUR INVOLVEMENT • Help develop clearly defined standards and guidelines for equipment needed for Federal, State and local governments *ANSI-HSSP03 panel to prioritize and help set standards;provide training • Bio-shield legislation • Provide visibility for U.S. government products and programs

  5. OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM SUPPORT • Numerous classified projects support OIF • Subject matter experts-CW production facilities and processes • WMD disposition support-radiological disposition,refurbishment and construction • Training
