The clearing area must extend full width of the right-of-way (R/W) to a distance of 100 feet from the edge of the traveled roadway surface at point A. Additionally, there is a requirement to clear an area starting from point B, located 650 feet down the track from the edge of the roadway surface, and 28 feet from the centerline of the track, following a straight line to point A. Ensure compliance with existing specifications while making these adjustments.
