  2. E-rate Updates • First wave of 2012 should be by end of next week • Internal Connections • 90%? • Gifting data collection • July 1, 2011-June 30, 2012 • Start BEAR forms once 6/30 billing and payment occurs (due by 10/30/12)

  5. Service Substitutions • Delays occurred because per FCC rules, we had to submit the contract • Substitutions to begin immediately and will be based on the new change order pricing • USAC to expedite processing • Once approved, work may begin
