This article explores the benefits of shifting from paper to email for sending notices. Currently, a substantial amount of paper is used weekly, with 280 newsletters and 266 notices distributed, resulting in up to 200 sheets of additional paper consumed. By transitioning to email, we can not only simplify communication but also significantly cut costs. Email allows for multiple notices to be sent simultaneously and minimizes waste. This initiative aims to provide a more efficient solution for parents, reduce our environmental impact, and streamline our communication process.
