This presentation argues that foreign talents bring more advantages than disadvantages to Singapore. It highlights how foreigners fill unpopular low-paying jobs, share diverse cultures, and potentially increase birth rates. It also emphasizes that the presence of foreign talents drives local Singaporeans to improve their skills and pursue continuous education. While acknowledging concerns about job competition and public transport overcrowding, it suggests practical measures to balance opportunities for Singaporeans while benefiting from foreign expertise.
