  2.     Eating fruits and vegetables are a healthy choice to make.I will eat a total of 9-13 servings of fruits and vegetables, 1 in the morning, 4 for lunch, and 4 for dinner, everyday at the cafeteria.     By eating fruits and vegetables, I will increase my intake of fiber, vitamins, and minerals for my immune system.   3.     Muscle strength is important because it supports the spine, prevents injuries, and burns calories. I will go build my muscles in the gym 3-4 times a week from 2PM-3PM by lifting weights and benching.     By doing this, I will prevent high blood cholesterol and maintain healthy coronary arteries.   4.     Sleeping gives your body time to rest and restore itself overnight. I will sleep for 7 hours or more at the dorms by going to bed at 10:30PM.     By doing this, I will regain my strength. Sleep(Page 84)9 hours of sleep at least 5 days a week

  5.     Cardio exercise is important because it promotes the loss of body fat. I will run at 5:30AM outside to do cardio exercise.     This will benefit me by relieving my tension and burning calories. Exercises - Cardio(Page 84)45 minutes at least 3 days a week

  6.     Diabetes is caused when someone has a glucose problem. I will be free of diabetes by not eating excess sugar and exercising daily outside from 2PM to 3PM.     It will let me have no risk of having cells that don't respond to glucose. Diabetes Free(Page 355)

  7.     A factor for being in optimal weight is heredity. I will obtain optimal weight by exercising outside everyday and eating healthy food in the cafeteria.     I will reduce the risk of getting diseases from having too much body fat or too low. Optimal weight(Page 197)

  8.     Positive decisions can make you healthier. I will keep my positive decisions by thinking about good things and outcomes of my decision anytime, anywhere I go.     This will reduce stress and reduce the chances of big consequences. Positive Decisions(Page 29)

  9. Staying cancer free can reduce a lot of stress. I will stay free of cancer by staying away from smoke and unhealthy food anytime, anywhere.     By doing this, I will live a long and healthy life. Cancer Free(Page 349-353)

  10.     Being free of tobacco means free of addiction. I will be free of tobacco, because it can give me cancer and ruin my teeth by refusing offers of tobacco.     I will reduce my chances of destroying my body and build up my self esteem. I could exercise instead of using tobacco. Tobacco Free(Page 265/268)

  11. Compromising is making a deal where someone gives up a part of, or all of its demands. I will compromise with my sister wherever and whenever we get into an argument. i.e. We fight over food and then we compromise and share it.     By doing this it will not create a bigger problem of hatred. Compromise

  12.     Alcohol can cause cirrhosis, the scarring the the liver. I will not drink alcohol by not falling into pressure and avoiding influences whenever I'm at a party or bar.     By doing this I will not have to worry about damaging my liver and get intoxicated. No Alcohol(Page 246)

  13.     Having high self-esteem means that you care about yourself and your worth. I will maintain high self-esteem all the time in the public and at home by being proud and confident off myself like the time I had straight A's.     It will have a positive on everything I do. High Self-Esteem(Page 50-54)

  14.     Cardiac arrest can happen if someone has heart disease. I will be free of heart disease by eating healthy food because unhealthy food can have high cholesterol that can cause a heart disease. I will be free by watching what I eat anytime, anywhere.     By staying free of heart disease I will reduce my risk of cardiac arrest. Free of Heart Disease(Page 582)

  15.     Stress can keep you from doing your best. I will maintain low stress by keeping calm in tight situations anytime, anywhere.     I will reduce tension, exhaustion, and get enough energy from food for everyday demands. Low Stress(Page 78-82)

  16.     Goals are important because they set directions for us in life. I will create goals every time I accomplish my previous ones wherever I need to by creating safe, satisfying, sensible, similar, specific, and supported goals.     I created a goal to have straight A's and I got it by studying hard. By setting goals, I will achieve my dreams easily. Setting Goals(Page 38-40)

  17.     The media mostly has ads that take advantage of you like selling alcohol. I will not be influenced by the media because they miht have products that can help me, but also give me side effects that aren't good.     I will do this to get a lower risk of hurting my body and wasting money. No Media Influence(Page 28)

  18.     Great relationships have good listeners and people who have empathy and not sympathy. I will have great relationships by rusting, having empathy, and having fun.     It will make my relationships better and reduce stress. Great Relationships(Page 410-422)

  19.     Coping is used to manage problems. I will cope with my grandpa every time something happens by updating him with information about what is going on.     I will do this to not have stress and depression. Coping(Page 89-92)

  20.     Our reproductive system can also get cancer. I will keep my reproductive system healthy by eating nutritious food to reduce the risk of cancer.     I want to do this to reduce the risk of cancer. Reproductive System(Page 433)

  21.     Sexual intercourse can cause many problems. I will not engage in sexual activity by being abstinence.     This will keep me from getting an STD. No Sexual Activity(Page 460-463)
