  2. The France has 65, 3 millions inhabitants. The acreage of France metropolitan is 544 000 km2. The climate is tempered and the reliefs are varied : there are 5 rivers and 5 mountains mains and lowlands She has territories called « territoires d’outre-mer ». The president of de french republic is François Hollande.

  5. The Eiffel tower Built by Gustave Eiffel in 1889, it’s a tower who measuring 324 meters. It’s a symbol for Paris.

  6. The Champs-Elysees It’s a great and famous avenue in Paris who links the square of the concorde, with the obelisk, and the triumphal arc.

  7. The Trocadero It’s a spot in remembrance of the battle of Trocadero which was held in 1823.

  8. A FEW REGIONS

  9. The Pyrenees mountain The Pyrenees are a mountain range in south-west France which measures 340 kilometers. It’s a natural border between Spain and France. The highest peak is 3404 meters.

  10. The Alpes mountains The Alpes are a mountain range which extend over 1200 kilometers in Europe. The highest peak is the «  Mont blanc » at 4810 meters.

  11. The Ardeche It is a departement in the Rhônes-Alps region. Vallon-Pont-D'arc is the common the most tourist thanks to the arch bridge above the magnificent gorges of Ardeche.

  12. The Bourgogne It is a region in east-central France and consists of 4 departments : Yonne, Côte-d'Or, Nièvre and Saône-et-Loire. The Bourgogne is famous worldwide for the vines.

  13. The Brittany The Gulf of Morbihan is an inland sea of a width of 20 km. The landscapes are beautiful and attract tourists.

  14. The Massif Central With an area of ​​85,000 km2, is the largest massif of France and medium altitude.

  15. The Poitou-Charente It’s a district which count 4 departments. Her regional capital is Poitiers, in the department of Vienne. The main economic activities are fishing, agriculture and tourism.

  16. The Atlantic coast is very touristic : there are many beaches, islands as Oleron, Re and beach resorts. This coast linked to fishing and maritime trade. The Futuroscope, the poitevin marsh … are also very touristic.

  17. MY VILLAGE : LINIERS

  18. Liniers is a small village which count 550 peoples. His area is 17 km². • Liniers 14% of the territory of the village occupied by the forest Mouliere.

  19. MY SCHOOL

  20. Camille Guerin high school This is a high school in Poitiers wich counts 1500 students whose the half in preparatory classes of greats schools and which extends over 7 hectares. He proposes 3 sets of general baccalaureate.
