Banking Services: Checking • Unit Objective: • Given the topic, Checking, to identify transactions and record transactions in a check register; recording entries daily with no more than one transaction error per list of transactions. • Lesson Objective: • Given a replica of a check, student will be able to label the parts of the check and correctly fill in information that is required; to include all data accurately. • Presentation Need Addressed: • Provides students with an example of a real check. • Provides students with an exact copy of a check that will be used in all classroom activities, practice tests, and posttest. • Image can be used in PowerPoint presentation, printed to Transparency and used to create worksheets and handouts for students.
