Research Activities Description of research activities • Research activities include presenting papers, meetings, discussions, workshops, site visits, data and sample collection • Two categories of research activities: National Activities (within Malaysia) and Oversea Activities(Abroad) • Research activity expenditures can be claimed under V21000 allocation(Travelling Expenses & Subsistence) . 4. Project leader, students and team members are allowed to involve in the research activities subjected to term and condition by the sponsor

Online System For Progress Report (PR) & End Report (ER) • Now Project Leader can send progress report and end report through online system at : https://radis.utm.my • Progress reports must be sent to the RMC every 6 months. Every June and Dec for each year until the expiry of the research project. Online system is applicable for all grants except for KTP Grants, Technofund, Others and Contract. • End Report must be sent 3 months after completion of project except for ERGS ( 6 months after project completion).

Please fill all available tab in PR and ER modules. Submit to RA Dean to get an approval RMC will verify the PR or ER Sent to sponsor depending on the type of grant. End
