Public Hearing on ILH Interchange Center Planned Development Changes – December 18, 2012

The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on December 18, 2012, to discuss a substantial change request for the ILH Interchange Center Planned Development/Land Use Plan (PD/LUP). The applicant, Rick Ortiz, seeks to update the conditions of approval and amend the PD/LUP in accordance with the comprehensive plan and maximum permissible development under the Activity Center Mixed Use designation. The hearing will consider the consistency of the request with the comprehensive plan and includes conditions stipulated in the staff report.

ILH Interchange Center PD/LUP • Request:To consider a substantial change to the approved ILH Interchange Center Planned Development/Land Use Plan (PD/LUP) to: • 1) Update the existing PD conditions of approval to reflect the previous rescission of the Development Order for ILH Interchange Center Development of Regional Impact (DRI)” by the Board of County Commissioners on April 10, 2012; and • 2) Amend the PD/LUP to reflect the maximum development program permitted by the underlying Activity Center Mixed Use (ACMU) Future Land Use Map designation.
