Villagio at Waterford Lakes PD/LUP Added DRC Condition #7 (June 12, 2013): • Prior to Development Plan (DP) submittal for PD Tract B, a pedestrian safety study (conducted during a period of full school operation) shall be submitted through the Development Review Committee (DRC) office, reviewed by staff and approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
