Townsend District: 4 Request: To consider a substantial change to the approved Villagio at Waterford Lakes PD/LUP to grant a waiver from Orange County Code Section 38-1258(d) to increase the maximum building height within “Multi-family Tract A” to 50 feet, in lieu of 40 feet.
