  4. Motivation: Alice in Wonderland: “My dear, here we must run as fast as we can, just to stay in place. And if you wish to go anywhere you must run twice as fast as that”.

  5. Time schedule: Duration: 16-21 months (6 months) Starting: March 2015.

Development of national strategies within this project is of great importance, as well as starting point for making strategic decisions, e.g. which target groups should the institution put a focus on in order to further stimulate participation in LL, thus strengthen its position on the market.
