QUALIFICATION PROGRAM • EMC: Bias circuit already set • ESD: “ESD Tests on InP HEMT Transistors” • Yebes/FPSS/TN/2002-014 • Radiation: Tests carried out successfully • Bake-out: Vacuum pre-qualification bake-out held (3 days at 83ºC). No influence found in the IF1 unit calibration SRON (Groningen)
