  4. Basic Information Population as of July 2004 is 19,913,144. 92% Caucasian, 7% Asian, 1% abororiginal & other. Religions include Angilican, Roman Catholic, and other catholic. Motto is: “Advance Australia”. Government is mainly a democratic one, but it also has a federal state system recognizing the British monarch as sovereign. Language spoken is English, but Australians have accents.
