The New Test:Differences to Look For • For the first time, the test will be at a standard English level across the nation (NRS Level High Beginning-Level 3) • The new test will push citizens to participate in their government, not just memorize facts • Scoring will be standardized (rubrics) • Adjudicators will be trained • Materials available to the public www.neable.org
