BROKEN BY DANIEL BIGGS
It was a boiling hot day. My mates Jade ,Jordan, Xavier and I were going to play PSP but it wasn’t charged up so we decided to play cricket instead. “That sounds like a great idea but there’s one problem we don’t have any room in our back lawn to play,” I said.
As soon as we had set up we started to play. I hit a massive shot. It nearly hit the window “Whew!” said Xavier. “That was a close one!” We went and set the wickets up anyway. One was by the trees and the other one was by the house below the windows.
Then my mum came out of the house and said, “Go and play further away from the windows.” I said, “Hold on I want one more hit.” Whack. It was huge. It hit the window but luckily it didn’t break. I hit again in the same direction but this time it went thought the window. My mum and dad ran outside and yelled, “Who hit that?” I slowly walked forward and said in a quiet voice. “It was me.”
I was grounded for two weeks and had to clean the whole house for three days. I think rugby is a less expensive hobby .
