The Board of County Commissioners (BCC) held a public hearing on December 4, 2007, to discuss the agreement for the donation of real property by Hubbard Construction Company (Mid-Florida Materials) and the renewal of a Solid Waste Management Facility permit. The facility, which processes construction and demolition debris, is located in NW Orange County and has undergone expansions with no significant changes proposed. The donation is intended for park or recreational use after a post-closure period. Staff recommends approval with specific conditions and waivers.
