Members who understand “oikos” and are able to have spiritual conversations and share personal testimonies as they feel led. GUEST ASSIMILATION: Members who understand and practice hospitality as church culture. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: Members who willingly participate and partner in community outreach. PRAYER INTERCESSORY PRAYER: Members with a heart for the lost and will intercede for them. LIFESTYLE PRAYER: Members who understand what prayer is and practice it daily. FELLOWSHIP DEEPENING OF WORD: Members who have deeper knowledge and application of the Word. AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIPS: Members who feel accountable for one another’s spiritual growth. STRENGTHENING & HANDHOLDING LEADERS: Leaders who intentionally seek to grow others in leadership.
