  13. Match Card Management • It is IMPORANT that the Manager has a correctly filled in match card at the beginning of the match • Electronic Match Cards. This will allow Team Managers to select and submit their team for the match electronically, using a smartphone. Once both managers have accepted the opposition team, the electronic match card will be locked and sent to the Referee module. At the conclusion of the game the Referee will be able to enter the score, mark any players that received a caution and / or send-off • This is used as reference in the case of Insurance Claims • It must show all team players and any borrowed players • You must also have a photo sheet of all the players to be shown to the opposing manager on request

  14. Match Card Management • U12-U18 • MUST show shirt numbers • These need to be set up by the Manager at the beginning of the season • Once handed over, ONLY those players on the card can take to the field. (No-one arriving late and not on the card can play) • Advisable to put EVERY team players name on the card just in case – UP to 16 ONLY

  15. Match Card Management • Match Cards – Fines • NSFA levy quite stringent fines for incomplete Match Cards, including • Missing photos (on Photo sheet) • Missing shirt numbers • Missing Match card • Missing Players from the Card • If a team becomes a serial offender then we will pass those fines onto the team/parents.
