  12. Elective sessions • For Level II: 2 year blended formation program with online sessions and ministry elective sessions. Level II - Year 1 is comprised of 17 online sessions. Level II – Year 2 is comprised of 5 online sessions and 8 ministry elective sessions (content hours) on faith-based formation experiences. • For Level III: Every year, certified teachers need to complete one online package (seven sessions) and complete 8 ministry elective sessions (content hours) as ongoing formation. These elective sessions can be online or in person. Teachers record their progress on the elective session form found on their dashboard.
