This study investigates the expression levels of E-cadherin, α-E-catenin, β-catenin, and Vimentin in various breast cancer cell lines (MCF7 and T47D) under different conditions, including treatment with CAF18 and CAF8 conditioned media. The role of IL-6 in these cellular responses is also examined. Using Western blotting techniques, we analyze protein expressions alongside GAPDH as a loading control. This research aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying breast cancer progression and the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) processes influenced by tumor microenvironment factors.
