Interaction Analysis of HIF-1α and HIF-2α with SIRT1 in SiHa Cells
This supplementary figure presents the results of immunoprecipitation (IP) experiments done in SiHa cells expressing wild-type SIRT1 and its H363Y mutant. The analysis focuses on the acetylation levels of HIF-1α and HIF-2α in relation to SIRT1 activity. Control conditions are also included, assessing the inputs of actin as a loading control. The findings contribute to the understanding of SIRT1's role in regulating hypoxia-inducible factors and their acetylation status in cervical cancer cells.
