  44. Mutual usage of Rolling Stock on the lines of Union of German Railway Administrations • Consequences of the use of foreign wagons contrary to the requirements of Regulation • Any wagon returned empty by another point of exchange than that of delivery shall give rise to a fine equal to six times the cost of the journey in favour of the railway which undertakes undue traction • When a reloaded wagon runs 25% more than the outward journey on return, every kilometre beyond this limit gives rise to a fine equal to ten times the traveling costs, • Any other irregular use of the equipment shall give rise to the collection of a fine of 15 marks (18 fr. 75 c.) per wagon and twenty-four hours, starting from the irregular use, for the benefit of the owner Administration Railway PRO Technology & Services Forum, Arad, 5 April 2017
