  2. Introduction to Synonyms • Synonyms are different words (or sometimes phrases) with identical or very similar meanings. • For example: The cat is large. The cat is big. • Common Synonyms: Anger- enrage, infuriate Ask- question, inquire Beautiful - pretty, lovely Fast - quick, rapid Hurt - damage, harm Put - place, set, attach Quiet - silent, still, soundless

  3. PIXTON- discussing Synonyms • Instructions: • Go to: www.pixton.com • Create a Login name and password (today we will use mine as an example). • Demonstration on how to make comic strip, based on synonyms. • Example of finished product.
