Our solution is a computerized system enabling customers to purchase medications online via web browser or mobile app. Customers can describe their symptoms for medication recommendations, with options for delivery or pickup. Regular customers can enjoy periodic deliveries for convenience.

Problem Statement Currently customers of pharmacies are not met with efficient and effective service that should be provided as well as difficulties in actually getting their medication: Elderly has trouble leaving there home and going to the pharmacy People may spend excessive amount of money at the doctor when all they need is over the counter medicine People have to interrupt their busy schedules to go resupply the medication they take.

  3. Solution Statement Implementing a computerized system where customers can purchase medication without actually being in the pharmacy: The system can be access through the internet via a web browser or mobile application. Customers can also send a message describing their illness and the pharmacy will recommend the appropriate medication. The medication can be delivered to or picked up by the customers. Customer who purchase the same medication regularly can have it delivered to them periodically.
