  1. During your stay at the Daintree Eco Lodge, you will be treated to a daily changing menu of fresh seasonal delights. This gives us the opportunity to serve the best, freshest and most exciting dishes possible. But, more importantly, if there is something you really want to have for dinner, just let us know! Below is an example of a dinner menu

TO COMMENCE… chef’s garlic bread with dukkah & tomato concasse tempura vegetables, with wasabi mayo & sweet soy (v) seared scallops with basil, mint & pesto chilli mussels with grilled sourdough rare seared tuna, japanese soba noodle salad, citrus soy & wasabi mayo FOLLOWED BY… risotto with roast pumpkin, macadamia nut, chorizo and baby spinach (v) pork belly served with peach puree & seasonal vegetables pan fried barramundi served on linguini noodles and a tropical salsa eye fillet served with red wine jus, caramelized onion, spring vegetables & potato gratin duck breast with 5 spice, coconut milk, orange, & wild mushroom risotto FINISH WITH… trio of ice-cream – mandarin, milk chocolate & strawberry passionfruit cheese cake served with mint peach coulis & cashew meringue berry pannacotta with citrus strawberries dark chocolate & white chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce, walnuts and fresh cream king island surprise bay cheddar, roaring 40s blue, camembert, fruit & date nut roll 9 12 14 14 15 28 32 32 32 32 9 12 12 12 20 (to share)
