Question and Test Interoperability (QTI) is an IMS Global Learning Consortium specification that defines a standardized file format for creating, delivering, and reporting on questions and tests. The QTI v1.0 was released in 2000, with QTI v2.1 published in June 2006, introducing significant changes including alignment with other IMS specifications and updates to the Item Content model.
