This study explores the role of PCAF and p300 in ERCC1 accumulation following cisplatin exposure in H358 cells. Western blot analysis was conducted after transfection with control, p300 siRNA, or PCAF siRNA and subsequent cisplatin treatment.

H358 cells were transfected for 72 hours with either control (Ctl), p300 (A) or PCAF (B) siRNA and exposed to 50M cisplatin for an additional 2 hours. Western blotting was performed using anti-PCAF, anti-p300 and anti-ERCC1 antibodies. Actin was used as a loading control
