  1. The Classification of Living Things Webquest By: Alivia, Lexie, Kiara

  2. The Animal Kingdom Characteritics: They can’t make their own food. They rely on other livingthingssuch as fungi,plants and other animails. Like worms , eagles and blue whales. Also, animails are multi celled.

  3. The plant kingdom • Plants are made up of many kinds of cells • Examples:trees , grass ,and flowers

  4. The Fungi Kingdom • Small , shape called zygote to be exact. • examples: mushrooms toadstools molds

  5. The Protists Kingdom Protists move around, responds to stimulus, and is able to repare and reproduce. Examples: leaches, cilia, flagella

  6. The bacteria kingdom • Very small ( microscopic) some are shaped like E’S. Examples: microbes (germs) samonella Coli

  7. The Linnaeus Classification System • Kingdom • Phylum • Class • Order • Family • Genus • Species

  8. Invertebrate’s and veretebrate’s Vertabrates – animals with back bones -Dogs , lions, pigs , horses , tigers Invertabrates – animals with out a back bone - Butterflys , star fish , octopuses , crabs , spider
