  1. Tea is an Aromatic Beverage. Most Widely Consumed in the World. Prepared by Pouring Hot or Boiling water over Cured Leaves of Tea Plant.

  3. Teas categories are based on how they are Processed. Different types of tea: White, Yellow, Green, Oolong(or Wulong), Black(called red tea in China) & Post-Fermented tea(or black tea for the Chinese) etc. Most commonly found on the market are White Green,Oolong & Black

  4. The leaves turn Progressively Darker as their Chlorophyll breaks down & Tanninsare released. This Enzymatic Oxidation Process , known as Fermentation in the Tea.

  5. Green tea is made up of Small Tender Leaves. Green tea production does not involve Oxidation of Young Tea Leaves Hence Leaving the Polyphenol content intact
