  1. Setting your Availability Using the Fawley RFC Pitchero web site. 2 Methods to do this. 1st is the more involved followed by a shorter method. If all players could do this in advance of team selection each week this would be a great help for captains and coaches. This will also help you to know what's happening at the weekend. This can also be done via your phone with the Pitchero APP.

  2. Assuming you have already joined the Fawley RFC Pitchero web. Log in with your user name and password. This should bring you to the page displayed below. If you put the mouse over your name you will see the drop down menu as shown below. Note the number in the red circle. This indicates possible fixtures for the whole season.

  3. This will bring you to the screen as shown below. Click on the Availability tab .

  4. This will bring to to the screen shown above. As you can see I have selected Fawley 1st and the primary team of Fawley 2nds. So all the fixtures in my availability section will be for these 2 teams. Also note the first fixture shown against Lymington for both 1st and 2nds is not set.

  5. Click on the not set tab box to reveal the drop down menu as shown above.

  6. I have set my status to unavailable for this fixture. You can also add any notes. The note might be useful if you are not sure but will know later in the week. That way at selection on a Tuesday night we know who to chase at the end of the week.

  7. As you can see above I have set my availability for 3 games now.

  8. The most important step is to click save changes once you have finished setting your status.

  9. After you click save changes you will see the screen above. Not the green rectangle showing you that player availability has been updated. On a Tuesday night the team Captains and Coaches will review the availability for both teams and select the teams accordingly. You will then receive a text message letting you know the details of the fixture. The team will then be published on the web. Please can you all help to make this work. This will make life easier for all concerned giving time to concentrate on other matters.

  10. The 2nd method is very easy. Choose My account from the drop down menu as shown above.

  11. This will bring you into this screen. As you can see on the right the 3 games I have already set my status for. Below this is the rest of the seasons fixtures

  12. Just click on the drop down menu and select the status you want. This will automatically be saved. The only problem in this screen is you can’t add any notes. Also note the primary team you have selected will be displayed 1st with all its fixtures. The other team if applicable you have selected will be shown at the bottom of the primary team.

  13. Now shown with availability set.
