  1. DISEÑO CENTRO PARA EL ADULTO MAYOR “CAITES” Buscando el cumplimiento del Proyecto especial construcción del Centro Día - Centro Atención Integral para la Tercera Edad Municipio de Sabaneta. Se suscribió el convenio interadministrativo No. 1069 suscrito el día 20 de Agosto de 2010 entre la Alcaldía Municipal de Sabaneta y la Promotora de Proyectos, que tiene por objeto la elaboración de los diseños arquitectónicos, diseños estructurales, diseños de redes eléctricas, hidrosanitarios, voz y datos, gas y diseños complementarios para el Centro Integral del Adulto Mayor. La PPS inició el proceso de invitación cerrada 003 a efectos de seleccionar entre los proponentes de manera objetiva quien ejecute el proyecto, el día 30 de noviembre de 2010 se expide la resolución 077 por la cual se adjudica mencionado proceso.
