  3. Politics • Jeoson state formed (2nd century B.C.) • Three Kingdoms Period: Koryo, Paekche, and Silla • Dynasties: Silla, Koryo, and Choson (Yi) • The Chinese heavily influenced Korea • Korea was a tributary state to China • They were many invaders (Japan, China, Manchus)
