Highline offers scholarships • ISP Scholarships • Offered for Fall, Winter and Spring quarters • Competitive process requiring personal statement, two letters of recommendation, leadership activities • Leadership: Eligible after one quarter with a 3.2 GPA or higher • Award = $1000 per quarter • Academic: Eligible after 36 college-level credits with a 3.6 GPA or higher • Award = $1000-2000 per quarter • Student can win each scholarship up to 2 times

Application Requirements • Submit these documents to Highline: • A completed application form • A $54 application fee • Current bank statement showing at least US$16,500 • Proof of English proficiency • TOEFL: 480 PBT/157 CBT/54 IBT • IELTS: 5.0, no band less than 5.0 • HKCEE English D or better • OPTIONAL: • High school transcripts • College/University transcripts
