  2. Variables • Take surrendering enemy soldiers • Controlling enemy prisoners • Searching enemy prisoners

  3. Take surrendering soldiers by force. Separate soldiers if there are more than one. Ask if there are more enemy soldiers in the area and capabilities. Call up to higher to inform them of the situation. Take surrendering enemy soldiers

  4. Keep enemy prisoners separated at all times to prevent confrontation or planning a escape. When not moving, put them on their knees and cross their feet ALWAYS simulate zip-tie. Simulate gag if necessary to keep prisoners from talking/yelling ALWAYS have a hand on them to prevent them from escaping or attacking a fellow soldier. Controlling enemy prisoners

  5. Search the individual and equipment thoroughly. Document what you find. Be careful what you search i.e. bulge under clothing/wires hanging from random places. Keep found items far away from prisoner. Searching enemy soldiers
