This update outlines the progress of the SIS project from July 26, 2006, detailing the design phase and preparatory projects scheduled from April 24 to August 4. Key implementation steps include migrating ATMs to RPR over the first 11 weeks post-Labor Day and subsequent migrations leading to K12 and State systems completion. Although there are current risks with DCN power installation, all necessary equipment has been received, and testing will finish before implementation. Good News • All of the equipment ordered has arrived • Configuration & testing is will be complete before implementation. • Video migration underway • Still believe we can complete by the end of the calendar year.
