Infrastructure Project Update: Design and Implementation Phases Overview

This document provides an update on the infrastructure project, detailing the design and implementation phases scheduled from March to August 2006. The conceptual and final design drafts are due in April, while preparatory projects, including reconfiguration of K12/HAN/Library and replacement of HECN routers, will take place from April to May. The implementation phase is set for June to August, with careful planning to meet the deadline. Key risks include weather and timeline compression. Further information will be shared during the April IVN session.
