  2. Primer pas: • 1.Comprar el pollastre sense. Revisa que el pollastre esta net (paperets, plàstics ,etc...)y mirar en el interior del pollastre per comprovar que esta net.

  3. Primer pas : 2.Preparar els ingredients per introduir dintre del pollastre . Tallar els all, frota el exterior e introduir dintra,igual que el tomi'l . tallar a rodaixas el limonè e introduir dintre

  4. Tercer pas: Atenesos por la part externa del pollastre:unta per fora amb oli i atandar-lo amb les mans per tot el pollastre.fica piment i sal;i una mica de orega (obcional).

  5. Pas quatre: • Per la base de la bandella del forn: fica la bandellatrosellades la pastanaga, la ceva i de el api; també una rama tomi i uns alls. Aquestes verdures l’i dunaran un bon sabor el la salsa que treura el pollastre per ultim: ficar el caldo del pollastre i una mica de vi blanc( obcional).

  6. Pas cinc • Ficar el forn 220 aC i desprès de 20 minuts vaixar a 200 aC. I deixar-lo aproximat a 1 h dependent del tamany del pollastre. Pots veura el temp de forn sengons el pes.
