  2. Recording of Calls • This is a reminder that we have decided to record TAC meetings and store them on the TAC Wiki.

  6. Approval of Minutes • Draft minutes from the Jan 3 and Jan 17 meetings of the TAC were previously distributed to the TAC members • Proposed Resolution: • That the minutes of the Jan 3 and Jan 17 meetings of the Technical Advisory Council of the LF Deep Learning Foundation are hereby approved

  8. Current LF DL Projects Distributed training framework for TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch. Pyro is a universal probabilistic programming language that enables flexible and expressive deep probabilistic modeling. A framework designed to help DL cloud service providers to build cluster cloud services using different DL frameworks. A high-performance distributed ML platform based on Parameter Server, running on YARN and Apache Spark.   12. Landscape • A lot of incoming feedback: new categories, new projects, re-org of categories. • Over 30 new projects added since launch in December https://l.lfdl.io • Please try it out and send us your updates via github pull request.

  13. Website and Infra updates • We are going through the process to do an update to the website. ETA mid Feb. • We re-organized our MLs and Wiki space in line with best practices adopted by other LF Foundations. • If you have any suggestions for improvements, please email Jacqueline/Ibrahim.

  15. Upcoming F2F Meeting on March 11th, 2019

March 11th GB F2F Meeting • GB meeting on March 11th, 2019, 1:00 pm - 5:30 pm at the Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay • Meeting is followed by social event from 5:30pm-7:30pm at Moss Beach Distillery • Attendees: GB, Chairs, Project Tech Leaders, and 1 rep from each General Member • Project Leaders are invited to present to the GB on their projects (tentatively scheduled to start at 4:00 pm) • Acumos (Jack Murray), Angel ML (Fitz Wang), EDL (Wu Yi), Horovod (Alex Sergeev), and Pyro (Fritz Obermeyer) • We have a room reserved for TAC / Project Tech Leaders that same day from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm to meet with each other and explore possible collaboration between LF DL projects • We expect to send formal invitation and confirmed agenda within one week
