  12. Attendance Maintain average daily attendance of 85% Program meets 2.5 hours after school M-F 140 days per year • Loughman Oaks • Funded for 160 Students • Polk City • Funded for 75 Students

  14. Program Objectives • Reading • No fewer than 150 students in grades 3-5 who attend ASA for at least 30 days will show greater average gain on FCAT testing than a comparison group of nonparticipants (increases to 175 students next year)

  16. Program Objectives • Language Skills • No fewer than 150 students in grades K-5 who attend ASA for 30 days will demonstrate improved language skills. • Measured using written self-assessments and rubrics

  17. Program Objectives • Math • No fewer than 65 students in grades 3-5 who attend ASA for at least 30 days will show greater average gain on FCAT testing than a comparison group of nonparticipants (increases to 80 students next year)

  20. Program Objectives • Science • No fewer than 45 fifth grade students will show greater average scores than comparison group on FCAT science exam (Increases to 60 students next year)

Program Objectives • Parents • At least 75% will report ASA is assisting in preparing their child for high school Annual online survey from Children’s Forum • Parents of at least 50% of ASA students will attend at least one monthly parent education session and complete a post-assessment • 75% of these parents will repost some measure of personal benefit from the session

  25. Program Objectives • Community Partnerships • At least 75% of community stakeholders responding to the Stakeholder Survey will report a mutually beneficial relationship with After-School Adventures
