The problem with video games. Video games ruined my future… and my spine. What is it that happens?. Because of the bad posture taken when playing video games, if left unchecked, it will become habitual. Over the years, there will appear to be a protuberance emerging from the upper back.

What is it that happens? • Because of the bad posture taken when playing video games, if left unchecked, it will become habitual. • Over the years, there will appear to be a protuberance emerging from the upper back. • If you deal with an addict, like I used to be, it will be difficult to get them “unhooked on phonics”

  3. After corrective surgery, on 11-17-08 Because of the doctors’ tempering with my spine, I’m extremely limited in the things I can do.

  4. You never think that things could get that serious, but there are things in this world that nothing can prepare you for…
